We proudly offer site construction! Many of our customers are purchasing a home to put on their private site. We are one of the area’s only full service dealer offering construction. Our experienced project manager, Chris Gould with 30 years experience, works one-on-one with our customers. Together, a custom construction plan is drawn up based on your land and home needs.

We offer different foundation options from slabs to crawl spaces to walk-out basements! Besides the foundation, we also do garages and pole barns. Our team will follow the project from start to finish to ensure your complete satisfaction!
